Chocolate Mayonaise Cake

Cake:2 C. Flour1 C. Sugar2 t. Baking Soda1/2 C. Cocoa Powder ----sift together above ingredientsADD1 C. Miracle Whip Regular (or real Mayonaise/not as moist with real mayonaise)1 C. Water1 t. Vanilla ExtractFROSTING:1 C. Milk (any kind/I use Vit D)1/2 C. Flour ----mix together in shaker, pour into sauce pan, mix until extremely stiff, then cool in frig.---in mixing bowl1/2 C. Butter or Stick Margarine1/2 C. Crisco Shortening1 C. Sugar1 t. Vanilla extract--blend together, then add cooled milk mixture and mix until fluffy.
Once cake is mixed together, grease and flour baking pan ( I used 2 - 9" round pans) split batter between pans and bake at 350 deg. Farenheit
approximately 25 minutes. Check with kitchen knife, knife should come out clean when done.
Cool completely on racks, frost and enjoy.
I cut my 2 layer cake into 16 pieces.
