Rainbow Fruit Salad

Fruit salad:1 large mango, peeled and diced 2 cups fresh blueberries 2 bananas, sliced2 cups fresh strawberries, halved2 cups seedless grapes2 nectarines, unpeeled and sliced1 kiwi fruit, peeled and slicedHoney orange sauce:1/3 cup unsweetened orange juice2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons honey1/4 teaspoon ground gingerdash nutmeg
1. Prepare the fruit.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and mix.
3. Just before serving, pour honey orange sauce over the fruit.
Yield: 12 servings--Serving Size: 4 oz cup

This was really good. You can use just about any fruit in this salad. I didn't have blueberries so I added cherries and 2 different kinds of grapes. I think pineapple would also be good. I'm trying that next time. I also didn't use the ginger or nutmeg as I didn't have it but it tasted just as good. - 6/10/08
