Ingredients
2 oz 95% fat free Ham (chucks)1 oz low fat co-jack cheese3/4 cup (dry) heartland rotini (ala omega-3*)2 tbsp Wishbone light Italian dressing1/2 cup cucumber (chucks)
Directions
boil pasta per instructions on box- drain
put pasta in bowl, add ham, cheese, cucumber, and italian dressing & mix together
Refrigerate for several hours- makes 1 serving
