2 cans corn (drain and rinse)2 cans black beans (drain & rinse)2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added2 packets low sodium taco seasoning1 package Smart Ground veggie protein crumbles2 bell peppers, diced (mix & match, yellow, red, or green)
