1# Ground Beef (93% lean)1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Black Pepper1/2 medium Onion, chopped3 cloves garlic15 oz can kidney beans, drained16 oz California Blend vegetables, frozen28 oz can diced tomatoeswater
In Dutch oven over medium heat, brown beef, salt and pepper; drain fat. Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is clear. Add drained 15-oz can kidney beans, large can diced tomatoes, 16 oz pkg California Blend frozen vegetables and enough water to cover vegetables. Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
