Souper Bowl Beer Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Celery Soup1 pkg Leek Soup Mix1/2 pkg French Onion Soup Mix8 cups cold water1 lb. Velveeta cheese1/2 can of beer (at room temperature)
Directions
Mix soups with cold water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Add 1/2 can beer. Heat thoroughly. Makes 12 cups of soup.
