Low Fat cheicken Salad

Ingredients
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 50 grams Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, .5 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (chopped or ground in food processor)Pepper dashParsley fresh spring or dash ofdrieddill weed dried dash or spring of fresh
Directions
Chop chicken breast or put in food processor.
Add yogurt and mayonaise. Mix together well. Add peper, or dill or parsley for colour and flavor.
You can play with amount of yogurt and mayo you use to ge the right consistancy you like.
Make sure it is low fat sugar free yogurt.
Make sure it is low fat mayo.
Sread on your favorite bread.
I add a lettuce leafs for colour adn fibre
