Ingredients
2 extra large eggs1/2 corn tortilla broken into pieces1 pat butter1 tbsp. oil1 tbsp. heavy cream1 oz. shredded cheese
Directions
Heat butter and oil in skillet on medium high. Add the tortilla pieces and let soften. Then add the eggs and cream. Scramble until soft and then add the cheese to melt.
