Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
* Garlic, 3 cloves * 1 teaspoon bouillon cubes and granules * water, 1/3 cup * *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup * Birdseye Broccoli Stir-Fry, 1 cup * Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup
Directions
Place garlic and olive oil in wok, heat. In a separate container, mix boullion, water and soy sauce.

Add diced chicken and 1/3 of broth mixture, cook.

When chicken looks done, add beans, stir-fry vegetables, and the rest of the broth mixture. Cook until liquid is mostly boiled off.

Prepare rice separately, mix in to stir fry. Makes 2 servings.
