Creamy Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Promise Healthy heart1 small-med onion1 Tbsp minced garlic1 16 oz bag GV asparagus stir-fry vegis1 bag cooked peeled and cleaned shrimp (tail on or off)1 Tbsp teriyaki sauce1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste1 can Cream of Mushroom (98% fat free)
Directions
Sautee the onion and fresh garlic in the promise butter for a couple of minutes. Add frozen vegetables. In the mean time rinse the shrimp to defrost and remove tails if there are any. Add shrimp to vegis in pan. Let cook for 2 minutes. Add can of cream of mushroom, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Let cook for about 5 minutes until shrimp and vegis blend with the sauce and vegis are tender. Makes approx. 4 servings.

    Great recipe! I used frozen oriental vegetables instead of the asparagus and it was great. I added some almonds too and it gave it an extra touch of flavour and texture. - 1/16/08

    So glad I found this, I came looking for a recipe that used the frozen aspargus stir fry mix because I love it! And the soup gives it a nice change from the ordinary. I served this with brwon rice. - 4/14/07
