Ingredients
6 oz flank steak1 cup Green Peppers1 cup yellow/orange peppers1 cup raw onion1 cup tomato1 tbs EVOO1 tsp of cumin1 tsp of chili (to taste)splash of vinegarpinch of salt and pepper1 Jalapeno
Directions
3 servings
season meat with cumin, chili, salt and pepper
let oil heat on med-high
once oil is hot add onions, bell peppers, tomatos jalapeno (ribbed and seeded)
let cook 3 min and add meat until cooked to desire add vinegar and if desired add about a cup of salsa while meet is still uncooked.
