Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
8oz Philly Fat Free Cream Cheese12oz Lowfat Cottage Cheese1tsp Chopped Garlic1tsp Italian Seasoning3 links Jennie-O Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage2 1/2 cups Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil12 Lasagna noodles1 1/4 cup Sargento Artisan Blends - Provolone & Mozzerella
Directions
Boil water and cook noodles, about 11 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.

Cook Italian sausage (I grill mine on the George Foreman) and slice. Set aside.

In food processor, combine: cream cheese, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Blend until smooth.

Smear (such an awesome cooking word) cream cheese mixture on to noodles. Roll up.

Place in 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish, toss in sausage, cover with sauce. Add cheese.

Bake at 350 covered with foil for 20 minutes, uncovered for 5.

Serving size is 2 rolls per person.
