Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Dip

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened1 (8oz) Colby Cheese2 tbsp worcestershire sauce4 fresh green onions with tops, sliced1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt1 pound bacon, cooked, crumbled
Directions
Cut Cream cheese into cubes and place in 4 or 5 quart slow cooker
Add Colby Cheese, worcestershire sauce, green onions and salt
Cover and cook on Low for 1 hour; stir to melt cheese
Stir in crumbled bacon
