Slow Cooker Confetti-Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken thighs1 ( 6.2 oz) package chicken and herb-flavored rice3 (14 oz) cans chicken broth3 carrots, sliced6 oz heavy cream1 1/2 tbsp chicken seasoning1 (10 oz) package frozen corn1 ( 10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetable
Directions
Cut thighs in thins strips.
Combine chicken, rice, chicken broth, carrots, chicken seasoning and 1 cup water.
Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, turn heat to High and add corn and mixed vegetables to cooker. Continue cooking for another minutes.

    Very good. My husband and I love it. For the mixed veggies we added frozen bell peppers and onions. I wanted some green beans but he didn't. Oh well, still delish :) - 9/24/09
