Red Potatoes and Turnips

Ingredients
3 medium turnips, cubed5 medium red potatoes, cubed8 c. water3/4 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper3 Tbsp. light sour cream1 Tbsp. butter, unsalted
Directions
Boile vegetables in water until tender. Drain. Mash. Add remaining ingredients and whip with whisk. Makes 5-6 servings.
