Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion28 oz tomato sauce1 cup rice (white or brown)2 -14 oz cans low sodium chicken broth2 1b ground turkey3 to 4 pounds cabbage chopped1 T oil oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. In large skillet brown ground turkey in small amount of olive oil. Combine onions, tomato sauce, cabbage and rice in 9 x 13 casserole. Add cooked meat and mix well. Pour broth over mixture and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour stir and bake another 30 minutes. Makes 8 1 cup servings
