1 cup Carrot, grated1 cup Pecans, chopped1 cup Raisins2/3 cup Whole Grain High Fiber Cereal 2/3 cup Soy Flour1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar1/2 cup Apple Sauce
Mix all together, put in a muffin pan, makes about 2 dozen, Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins.
