Authentic Guacamole

Ingredients
3 pitted Avocados, California 1/2 cup chopped Onions1/2 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes3 Limes, juicedSalt - to tastePepper, black - to taste
Directions
Remove the meaty part of the avocados and smash it with a fork to your desired consistency. Finely chop the tomato and onion and mix it in with the smashed avocado. Add the lime juice and salt and pepper to taste!

You can top almost any dish with this yummy and healthy treat!
