Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pkg Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey Breath1 onion, diced3 cloves of garlic, minced1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup chicken broth1 can cream of mushroom soup1/2 cup sour cream (could use lower fat versions)2 1/2 cups (dry) Whole Wheat Noodles, cooked1/2 Cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Saute the onion & garlic in a bit of olive oil until translucent. Add the ground turkey and continue cooking until turkey is done. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook until they begin to wilt. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the soup and continue cooking until the broth begins to simmer. Add the sour cream.

Put the noodles in a baking dish. Stir in the meat sauce. Top with cheese.

Place in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until bubbly.
