Molasses Glazed Ham Steak

4 teaspoons molasses1/2 teaspoon Splenda brown sugar2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 teaspoon cider vinegar1 (1 lb) lean cooked ham steak(s)
Combine molasses, Splenda brown sugar, mustard and vinegar in a small bowl.
Put the ham steaks on a pre-heated grill over medium heat and brush on the glaze.
Grill about 3 minutes per side, until light brown. Brush with glaze frequently.
Can broil steaks instead of grilling.

Made this tonight for supper with julienne potatoes in cheese sauce, steamed green beans and applesauce. I cooked it in a non-stick skillet instead of the grill. The flavor was good but very faint, I think it might help to marinate the ham steak in the sauce an hour before cooking to add more flavor - 10/10/10
