3 Haddock Fillets (skinned)2 sticks unsalted Butter1 1/2 sleeves of reduced fat Ritz CrackerNon Stick Cooking Spray
Spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray, preheat oven to 350 degrees
Make sure fish has no bones left in it by feeling thoroughly as you rinse
Lay fish on baking dish
Melt butter in microwave
Smash and crumble crackers
Mix crackers with melted butter and pour over fish
Bake in over at 350 for 25 minutes
