3 oz. lean ground beef1 cup mushrooms1/2 cup spaghetti sauce1 whole wheat kaiser roll
Scoop part of the roll out. Put bread and mushrooms in food processor. Mix.
Using hands, mix mushroom/breadcrumb mixture with beef. Form into 4 meatballs.
Brown in skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add sauce and cover. Cook on low temperature for 30 minutes.
Fill roll with meatballs and sauce. Enjoy. Makes one sandwich.
