Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 3.25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 3 tsp nutmeg, ground, 1 tspcloves, ground, 1/4 tspButter, salted, .75 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Banana, fresh, 5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Sour Cream, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Baking Soda, 3 tsp *Flour, white, 4.5 cup chopped walnuts if desired - (was not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease four 7X3 inch loaf pans. In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 c sugar adn 1 tsp cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with cinnamon and sugar mixture.

In large bowl, cream butter and 3 c sugar. Mix in eggs, mashed bananas, sour cream vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Stir in salt, baking soda and flour. Stir in walnuts if desired. Divide into prepared pans.

Bake for 1 hour 10 min, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
