Ingredients
2 c. oatmeal2 c. milk2 egg1 t. cinamon1 t. nutmeg1/4 c. raisins (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smoth. Will be runny, but that's okay, Pour batter into heated frying pan.

Makes 8 medium pancakes.

    I like the idea, but I just could not get myself to like these pancakes. They had a different consistency from what I expected. I tried them with peanut butter, pancake syrup, even fudge & whipped cream... but still couldn't like them. :( - 2/2/09
