Marshall Field's Tarragon Chicken Salad

Ingredients
* 1 cup mayonnaise ( I use Miracle Whip Light - that is what's in the nutrition info too!) * 3 teaspoons tarragon vinegar * 3 teaspoons whole dried tarragon * salt and pepper * 1 lb boiled boneless skinless chicken breast * 3 1/2 ounces golden raisins (about 1/2 cup)
Directions
1 Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dried tarragon, salt and pepper well.
2 Refrigerate if made up before assembling the salad.
3 Place raisins in water to cover for 15 or 20 minutes.
4 Drain and dry on a paper towel.
5 Tear chicken into bite-size pieces.
6 Add raisins to chicken pieces.
7 Add enough mayonnaise mixture to moisten chicken well.
8 Mix well.
9 Refrigerate until serving.
