Modified WW Meatloaf

Ingredients
Lean ground turkey, onion, baby carrots, celery, green peppers, olive oil, egg, quick-cooking oats, tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary, salt. Also: 1/4 cup tomato puree for basting.
Directions
Makes 4 servings. Cook 1/2 hour, baste with tomato puree, then cook another hour. Test for doneness. Note: When kneading the entire mixture, don't be a pussy. Don't knead it like you're giving a baby a massage. Get your hands in there and work that shit like you're looking for your grandmother's diamond ring. Ladies, you know what I'm talking about.
