Ginger carrots

Ingredients
2 cups sliced baby carrots2 tsp grated ginger1 tbs butter1/2 cup water
Directions
slice baby carrots in half lengthwise
boil water in a saucepan
add sliced carrots to water
cover and boil on medium until carrots are as soft as you like them
drain into strainer
turn burner down to lowest setting
add butter and grated ginger to hot pan and sautee
toss carrots in the warm butter until coated
*if you use salted butter you don't need to add any salt
* use more or less butter or a substitute of your choice.
