Ingredients
Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix1/2 cup Any type of milk (low caloried perfered)A generous pinch of quaker oatsA small frozen lowfat yogurt of any kindA cap full of vanillaA pinch of ginger and cinnamon4 Ice cubes( Also add any fruits you would like, the more nutrients the better!)
Directions
Just put everything into a blender for about 2 mins on chop first then liquify and serve with a straw. ENJOY this was truly delightful.
