Candied Yams (Marshmellow Pie)

Ingredients
6 regular size cans of yams(any brand will due)2 tsp of Cinnamon2 tsp of ground clove1 cup packed brown sugar16oz pkg pecan halves1 can evaporated milk2-3 cups mini marshmellows (any brand)
Directions
makes 18 1/2 cup servings

Open yams and dran juice. Pour yams into a large mixing bowl. With an electric hand mixer blend yams. Add 2/3 can of evaporated milk, cinnamon, clove and brown sugar. Mix until well blended.

Chop the entire pkg of pecans. Pour half - 2/3 into yam mixture and blend. Spread Yams out in a 11 x 13 pan and put in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

When yams are finished pour mini marshmellows on top to completely cover surface of yams. sprinkle remaing pecans over marshmellows. Put yams back in the oven and cook until marshmellows are melted and golden brown.
