Salmon with White Beans and Chard

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oilOnion, optional6 cups (1 bunch) Swiss Chard, stems and leaves separated and sliced2 cups canned diced tomatoes with juice8 ounces salmonsalt and pepper
Directions
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Broil salmon; reserve.
Sauté onion and chard stems in oil; add tomatoes and simmer.
Add chard and wilt.
Finish with a splash of sherry or balsamic vinegar
Top with salmon.
