1 cup Pace Chunky Salsa 1 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 1.5 cups Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cups shredded Monterey Cheese, 1 large Avocado pureed 1 large roma tomato chopped up3 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped2 cups Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans
first combine sour cream and taco seasoning, and put into fridge. Then get all your veggies cut up and ready.
Then in a cookie sheet layer in order, refried beans, salsa, sour cream mix, avacado puree, cheese, tomato, and chives.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Serve
Enjoy
Eat with tortilla chips, although the nutritional info does not include them!
