honey and mustard parsnips

Ingredients
5 parsnips 7 to 8 inches longspray oilmustard (i put down yellow mustardyou can use any mustard)honey 3tbls
Directions
wash and cut parsnips lenghtways put in a pot and cook for 10 mins
mix together honey and mustard (test to get to your taste)
spray baking tin with oil
drain parsnips put them on baking tray
spray with oil
drizzle honey and mustard mixture over the parsnips
put in oven for 15 to 20 mins

    ii just love parsnips with honey their just yummy.i used wholegrain mustard as that was all i had. i also made them with out mustard just the honey both ways are great . - 2/24/10

    Doesn't say how hot to set your oven??? And I'm guessing when you put those parsnips in a pot for 10 minutes, there should probably be some water in that pot, too???? Do you boil them for 10 minutes, then??? - 7/14/11
