All you need is:1 bananahoneypeanut buttersara lee whole grain white breada sprinkle of ground cinnamon
I spread the peanut butter, then drizzle the honey but don't spread it before sprinkling the cinnamon. Then cut the banana in half and again in half vertically and put the pieces flat onto the bread. This makes a wonderful meal, and so good for you!!
