chicken and rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 c brown rice1 can diced tomatoe 14oz size,1 can corn, drained1 lb boneless chicken breast,salt & pepper to taste 2 1/2 c water or broth
Directions
Place rice, tomatoes, corn and chicken in roasting pan. pour water over all season with s&p
place in oven heat to 375 for 1 hour until done
