Red White and Black Bean Chili

1/2 cup onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped green pepper1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp olive oil1 tbsp chili powder1 can diced tomatoes1 can Goya Black Beans1 can white (cannelini) beanssalt and pepper to taste
In medium sauce pan, sautee onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil. Add chili powder and mix well. Once vegetables are tender, add tomatoes and beans (do not drain) plus 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 one cup servings.
