Tri-Colored Pepper Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 box Ronzoni Healthy Harvest wheat spaghetti2 Tbsp. olive oil6 cloves of garlic, minced2 each of red, green and yellow bell peppers, de-seeded and sliced thinsalt & pepper to taste or Canterbury Naturals Roasted Garlic & herb pasta toss
Directions
Makes 8 servings as a side dish or 4 servings as a main dish.

1. Cook pasta.

2. Heat a large saute pan over med. high heat with olive oil. Saute the garlic until golden brown.

3. Toss in the peppers and heat until tender.
(2-3 minutes)

4. Add the pasta and toss until warm.
