Nonfat cilantro lime dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/2 cup nonfat sour cream1/3 cup onion, green or white (whatever you have)1 cup fresh cilantro1/2 cup fresh parsley2 cloves garlicjuice of 1 lime1/2 tsp. salt2 Tablespoons vinegar1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground chipotle chili or you can substitute this with cumin, or you can also use taco seasoning, to tastetabasco (optional, it depends on how spicy you like it.)
Directions
add cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic and lime juice to food processor. Puree until it is almost a paste. Then add yogurt, sour cream,vinegar, salt and spices. Puree until very smooth.

Makes 4, 1/4 cup servings.
