1 lb beef cubes1 chopped onion4 cups broccoli2 cups sliced mushrooms1 sliced green pepper1 tsp olive oil2 tbsp light soya sauce1/2 cup low sodium beef brothpepper to taste
heat skillet at medium-high heat. Add olive oil, beef cubes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add soya sauce, beef broth, pepper. Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until sufficiently cooked.
