Put Raisins and Cranberries in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside.Then, Set aside in a bowl:1.5 cup Wheat FLour1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp saltAlso, set aside:1/2 tsp Cloves1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp Allspice1/2 tsp Mixed Spices (or any combo)BLEND THESE IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTILL SMOOTH:300g Silken Tofu (Soft, dessert style)1 Cup applesauce, homemade, sweetened with a little splenda and mixed spicesADD and mix together:1/4 cup Splenda white1/4 semi-packed Splenda Brown SugarThen add the flour mixture and mix by pulsing untill all moistoned and combinedADD the spices and mix together. If mix is dry, add a splash of orange juice.Add the oats, drained raisins, and some white or milk chocolate chips (optional)Bake at 170c for 25 minutes or until done.
