10 OZ COOKED SHRIMP4 TLBS BUTTER1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED1/4 CUP FLOUR1 TLB SCAJUN SEASONING2 CUPS MILK1/2 TSP SALT1 TLBS LEMON JUICE
Directions
SAUTE SHRIMP IN BUTTER, ADD GARLIC AND COOK A LITTLE LONGER. REMOVE SHRIMP. ADD FLOUR AND CAJUN SEASONING THEN ADD MILK STIR UNTIL THICK THEN 5 MINUTES MORE. ADD SALT AND LEMON JUICE. STIR IN SHRIMP AND SERVE OVER WHOLE WHEAT SPAGHETTI.
