2 carrots, peeled and julienned5 green onions, chopped1 red bell pepper, cut in strips4 Ramen Noodles packets, Oriental Flavor1 pound pork cutletWater
This was taken from a U-Tube video online. Peel and julienne the carrots, slice the green onions, slice the red bell pepper into strips. Cut pork tenderloin into small pieces. Toss with Ramen Noodle seasoning packets.
Heat large skillet. Add some olive oil or spray skillet with non-stick spray. Fry the vegetables until crisp-tender. Remove to warm place. Put pork into skillet, and sear the pork. Add vegetables and water. Heat to a simmer.
Add Ramen Noodles, unbroken on top of water in skillet. Simmer until noodles are cooked. Stir and enjoy!
