Beaufort Chicken Salad

Ingredients
8 oz chicken breast, boneless/skinless, baked1 rib of celery, diced2 tbsp fat free mayo2 tbsp plain lowfat yogurt2 tsp rosemary, 1tsp if fresh1 tsp dill, 1/2 tsp if fresh1 tsp of ground mustard seeddash of salt and pepper
Directions
Bake chicken at 400 for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Cool. Dice chicken and celery and combine with remaining ingredients, cover and chill for several hours. Makes 2.5 servings. Perfect for 2 sandwiches and a snack on crackers.
