Ensalada Rusa (Russian Salad - Spanish style)

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans1 can peas and carrots1 cup of green olives4 hard boiled eggs choppedbag of frozen hash browns1 pouch of salmon (can use tuna if you choose)
Directions
Put into bowl and set aside:
Peas and carrots (drained), garbanzo beans (drained), salmon, hard boiled eggs chopped, olives

Boil hash browns by following directions on package. Add cooled hash browns to mix and then mix in the mayonnaise.

Chill and serve
