Lasagna with Italian Beef

Ingredients
1 lb. box lasagna noodles, cooked1 large can Del Monte Garlic & Onion spaghetti sauce1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes, with juice1 15 oz. can tomato sauce3.5 c. part-skim ricotta cheese20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drainedItalian seasoning, to taste1.5 c. shredded Italian beef (leftovers)1 c. shredded Italian cheese blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix ricotta cheese and spinach in a large bowl.

Mix spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.

In large dish, alternate layers of lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, Italian beef, and sauce. Top with sauce and Italian cheese blend.

Cover. Cook in oven 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
