Baked Steak with Cream of Mushroom

Ingredients
2 t-bone steaks1 can cream of mushroom souponion powder, garlic salt, and black pepper to taste
Directions
Season steaks with pepper, onion powder, and pepper. Place in baking pan. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and approximately 1 can of water. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hour at 350C.

    I made this recipe with some eye of round thin steaks (only steak I had on hand) and it came out delicious! I used two cans of condensed cream of mushroom to one can of water and it made a nice gravy for my mashed potatoes. Will use the gravy over rice tomorrow night. - 4/18/10
