Low Carb Bacon, Parmesan Omelet

Bacon, 3 slices, cooked and crumbledParmesan cheese, 1/4 cup, grated Eggs, large, 6 Butter, 1 tbsp for pan
In a standing mixer add all 6 eggs and beat until light, fluffy and lemon coloured, this could take 5 to 7 to 10 minutes depending on your mixer, especially if you have a hand mixer.
Heat large frying pan and add butter, use spatula to spread butter out in pan. Add eggs, put a lid on if possible and allow to cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan and crumbled bacon. Fold Omelet in half with large spatula.
