Chicken Chile no Tomato

Ingredients
1 pound Ground Chicken1 med onion chopped1 med Red bell pepper1 stalk of celery1tsp chopped garlic1 cup/can of beans1 cup of chicken broth1tsp paprika1 tsp cumin2 tsp chile powder1/8 tsp red cayenne pepper powder (or to taste)
Directions
Brown the chicken then set aside in a covered bowl. Add onion, celery, pepper, and garlic to frying pan on low to sweat the vegetables for about 3 min. add seasoning and cook for about another 2 min. add the the beans and chicken broth cook for about 10 min. Add the chicken and cook for addition 5 min or longer to develope more flavor.
