1 pound boneless chicken breast 2 cloves garlic1 egg2 tbsp parmasan cheese 1 cup dried bread crumbs1tbsp oregano3 tbsp olive oil 2 ozz white dry wine
Pound chicken breast until thin. Mix bread crumbs, oregano,and parm cheese. Dip breast into eagg and then into bread crumbs. In hot skillet heat oil. add crushed garlic cloves. Add chicken breast cook 2 to 3 minutes on both sides until brown. Transfer to oven proof pan . Add wine and cook at 350 for 20 minutes. makes 4 servings
