Moroccan Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion8 oz. baby carrots1/2 cup dried plums (prunes)1-14 oz. can chicken broth, reduced salt4-4 oz. chicken breasts, boned and skinless1-14 tsp. curry powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Four Servings
Keep the frypan covered during this recipe. In covered fry pan, combine broth, plums, curry powder, salt and cinnamon. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts. Place in frypan with sauce. Rinse baby carrots and dry. Place in frypan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve with plain rice.
