Macaroni & Cheese low fat

Ingredients
1 pkg Ronzoni Smart taste elbow macaroni8 oz light cream cheese8 oz 2% milk cheddar cheese8 oz 2% milk velveeta3 tbsp smart balance spread3 tbsp flour3 cups skim milk1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp ground mustard3 dashes hot sauce
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile melt butter spread in a large saucepan. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir until thickened. Reduce heat; add cheeses and spices. Stir until melted & sauce is smooth. Drain macaroni & mix with cheese sauce to coat. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.
